How much do you charge?

Our fee is determined based on the scope and complexity of the project: Ultimately, the fee will be tailored to each project to give you the best possible service and value.

For a project with a construction budget of $500k, our typical fees would range between $20k - $40k.

How much will my project cost?

Construction costs can vary greatly across projects and contractors. We work directly with qualified contractors as early on in the project as possible to obtain and refine ballpark pricing.

We prefer this method over the traditional design-bid-build process because it allows us to make adjustments as we refine the project instead of having to go back and revise to make cuts after completing the design.

What does your fee include?

We offer three different levels of service:

Core​
Design and documentation to fully convey the intent of the project for pricing and permitting. The goal of this package is to provide the minimum documentation necessary to obtain local approvals (i.e., zoning, building, etc.) and tailored availability during construction to answer any questions that may arise.

Plus​
In addition to the Core Design scope, this package also includes cabinetry layouts, fixture & finish coordination, and 3D renderings to provide a holistic representation of the design intent, from the exterior through to the interior.

Premium​
Full-service design experience, including interior design and detailing, as well as renderings/virtual walkthroughs to better understand the design. This is the package to maximize the opportunity for your dream home, plus return on your investment, with a fully designed and coordinated project delivery. In addition to design, we'll work closely with the selected builder throughout the process to ensure a well-coordinated and seamless experience.

Each proposal will include a tailored fee and breakdown for each level of service to help you select the most fitting option for your situation.
