We're Not Always A Fit

Timeline

As a small studio, we're only able to take on a handful of projects at a given time in order to provide the maximum level of service and dedication to our clients. We operate with a waitlist sometimes up to 6-8 months, and typically plan for a project duration (start of design through permitting) of roughly 4-8 months.

If speed is critical to your definition of success for your project, you'll likely be better suited for a larger firm or production-focused practice.

Budget

Construction costs are an ever-moving target, but rarely do they trend downwards. We work exclusively with builders who share the vision and goals we aspire for each project- to do things the right way, the first time, and ensure a successful process and outcome. We will not cut corners, nor will we accept cut-rate workmanship or materials.

Typically our projects start with budgets around $250k for renovations/additions and $750k for new homes around 2,500SF.

Fees

Simply put, we are definitely not the cheapest option out there. Our fees are commensurate to the level of care and involvement that go into each project to ensure an enjoyable experience and successful outcome. We leverage the latest technology to help our clients engage in the design process and make better decisions, earlier on.
